This is the best solar camera in 2026. In fact, it's so much better than anything Ring and Nest have ever produced that I don't see how anyone would buy from them after this release. This is the third generation of the Mag Cam from Tapo, and they've hit the right spot with an integrated, tiltable solar panel. The Tapo C465 is my favorite camera ever; it's perfect for renters. The integrated solar panel, the local camera storage options, the local AI detection, and the way it's built make it an incredible camera.
