A new wave of electric family cars from China has been on the cards for some time now, and finally we are starting to see them. we've already seen, and praised, the MG ZS EV, and last year it was the turn of the ORA Funky Cat. But this one is quite significant as it comes from a manufacturer whose core business has been battery and electronic technology. Welcome to the UK, BYD. It's first car is aimed directly at the new darling of the family car sector, the compact SUV/crossover.
