Audi RS etron GT - Is this the best GT car in the world?

The Audi e-tron GT is a fine car. We tested it a couple of years ago and were bowled over by it's charms. But we hadn't driven the RS version, the very first all-electric Audi RS model. Does it do anything more than the standard car can?
