Just got my hands on some shiny new Kimber Cable 12TC speaker cables for upcoming speaker comparisons! 😎 These bad boys are like the classic 8TCs we reviewed years ago—but bulked up with 24 strands of 19.5AWG conductors instead of 16. Translation: lower resistance, lower inductance, and just a smidge more capacitance. The 8TCs have long been my go-to “exotic” cables, but this thicker 12TC version has my Audioholic senses tingling.
