Maono PD400X

The Maono PD400X was a solid mic when I reviewed it, but it was prone to plosives. I do like the physical controls on the back—high-pass and mid-boost right on the mic is super convenient. Compared to the PD300X though, it’s not even close on software DSP features.

-Prone to plosives (especially without the windscreen)
-Less DSP/software flexibility than the PD300X
