Maono PD300X

The Maono PD300X is a mixed bag for me: the more I listened back, the less I loved the raw sound compared to other options. But the onboard DSP is the entire story here—noise gate, compressor, limiter, and a surprisingly deep EQ that’s hard to find at $110-ish. If you’re willing to use the software and double-check settings, it can be a killer creator mic for the money.

+Better build quality than the PD200X (fully metal body)
+USB and XLR outputs for flexible setups
+Recessed capsule and broadcast-style look

Cons

-Raw sound didn’t impress me as much after editing/listening back
-DSP/software can be finicky and settings may not always stick
-DSP does not apply to XLR output
