Maono PD100X

The Maono PD100X is the cheap entry into the PD “Blank X” family, and it’s kind of hilarious how much is packed in for the money. I was surprised it even has a noise gate plus compression/limiter options, which makes it a legit starter mic if you’re on a tight budget. Just know you’re not buying it for premium looks or build.

+Very budget-friendly compared to the rest of the lineup
+Has onboard DSP features like noise gate and dynamics
+Works as a simple starter USB/XLR dynamic option

Cons

-Looks and aesthetics are not my favorite
-Not positioned as the highest build-quality option in the family
