The Muse HiFi M6 Double is a chunky, well-made Bluetooth DAC/amp that leans hard into the “audio should be fun” vibe with dual tubes and a Nixie tube volume display. The real story is its higher output impedance, which can noticeably change the tuning of certain multi-driver IEMs—sometimes in a way that’s legitimately addictive if you’re chasing that kind of flavor.

- -High output impedance can alter IEM tuning (not ideal if you want “as intended” sound)
- -Volume knob on my unit was a bit wobbly
- -Case fit plus stiff 4.4mm jack can push the unit upward and jam the wheel
- -Desktop ergonomics are quirky with ports/orientation
