The Sivga Nightingale Pro is a specialist planar: light, delicate, mid-centric, and very soundstagy, with that classic planar zing up top. I like it for the improved staging, more dynamic bass versus the OG, and the forward female vocals—but it’s not what I’d call a safe all-rounder if you’re treble sensitive or you want big slam.

Pros

  • +Excellent stereo separation and perceived 3D soundstage
  • +Clear, natural mids with forward female vocals
  • +Premium-feeling metal shell build with wooden faceplates
  • +Easy to drive for a planar IEM

Cons

  • -Bass is subdued and won’t satisfy bass-heads
  • -Upper-treble planar sizzle can cause fatigue over time
  • -Not a neutral, do-everything tuning
