You get high-intent leads So when someone searches for something on youtube, they typically have a problem that they want solved. And if you and your business can show people how to solve that problem, you’re going to be getting leads with people that are actively looking for a solution that you and your business provide. So this means you get high-intent leads - or in other words, leads with people that are actively searching for a solution right now. And this means, these leads are more likely to convert into a client much quicker. 2. It’s easier to rank on YouTube vs Google. So the reality is, doing YouTube videos is usually not as easy as writing content. So most of your business competitors are probably writing content for their blog, but they’re not creating videos. This means youtube usually has less competition and ranking on YouTube for search terms related to your business, is usually easier and quicker than just writing content on it’s own. And your YouTube videos do NOT need a lot of views to get clients. I know this first-hand not just because most of my videos don’t get thousands of views, and they still generate new clients every single week. But because I’m not the only one… In a recent video posted by VidIQ, he goes through many examples of other businesses that have less than a thousand subscribers and only a few hundred views on their videos, and they’re winning over $10,000 each week from new clients. Google SEO The next channel is Google SEO and this channel works similar to YouTube, but instead of creating videos, you’re creating written content. But the content topic is essentially the same thing. So to avoid doing double the work, I recommend with Google you repurpose the video content you record into blog posts. Or if it’s easier for you to write something first, then you can create an article first and repurpose the article into a YouTube video. And similarly to YouTube, you can expect from every 52 articles that you create, about 100 leads a month and then from those 100 leads, again a few should convert into clients within 3 months and more after 3 months. Now with both Google and YouTube SEO just keep in mind that it does take effort to create content in the first place, but you’re only creating that content once. Once the content is created, you can reap the rewards of that content for YEARS into the future. Especially if you create “Evergreen content” which is content that will still be relevant for years down the line. LinkedIn On LinkedIn you can typically get about 80-100 leads a month from one LinkedIn profile. And from every 100 leads, you can expect 4 appointments within 3 months and more after 3 months as they keep getting your follow up emails. And from every 4 appointments, you can expect 1-2 clients…. Because remember these are “warm” appointments. These are appointments that already know what you do and how you can help them, so they most likely already want to buy from you too. So, YouTube SEO, Google SEO and LinkedIn Outreach are your free or low cost digital marketing channels and then once you’re getting results from your free or low cost organic marketing channels, I recommend re-investing some of your profits IF you want to scale up and get even more results by doing paid advertising.
