If you're already getting traffic to your website, even if it’s a relatively small amount, retargeting your web visitors, leads and appointments is a great way to maximize your conversions so people convert and take the next step in your sales funnel. So, in this video, I’ll go through a simple strategy you can use to retarget your website visitors on Facebook & Instagram ads in 5 easy steps. 🛠 Resources 🛠 - 📝Free Masterclass on How to get 10, 15, 30 or more predictable appointments each month: http://www.salesappointmentsmasterclass.com - 📊Best Funnel Building Software? This strategy is NOT for a business that sells a product in an online store (like an eCommerce business). Now before you get started, you need to actually install the Facebook pixel on all the pages of your website that you want to retarget people on… Done that? Great... Here are the steps to retarget people on FB & IG ads: Step 1: Create either a “Conversion” or a “Traffic” campaign inside of Facebook Ads. Which one is better, you’ll have to test it to know for sure, but most of the time I use “Conversion” for myself and clients. Step 2: Create 5 different ad angles. When I say 'ad angle', I’m talking about the ad text and the ad headline. Why 5? Because you’re going to be showing your ad to the same people again and again, you don’t want them to get bored of the same ad. Which brings me to step 3… Step 3: Have 3-5 different ad creatives. This could be 3-5 images, or 3-5 short videos or a combination of both images and videos. Again, you want to keep everything fresh. Step 4: Set this all up inside a “Dynamic Ad” in Facebook. This way you let Facebook rotate between the different ad headlines, ad text and ad creatives to keep your ads fresh and let Facebook's algorithm find the best combination. Step 5: Set a reasonable Facebook ads budget. How much should you spend on retargeting with Facebook Ads? A good rule of thumb is to spend $5/day for every 1,000 unique visitors a month you get on your website… So if you get 1,000 visitors a month, spend $5/day retargeting. If you get 2,000/month, spend $10/day. If you get 4,000/month spend $20/day. Etc. And then finally just keep track of your results.
