I was commissioned to create this copper water fountain over a year ago! For some reason I just struggled to get into a creative mind set with the fountain. I would cruise around town looking for copper cups, bowls and vases and just didn't find anything that struck me as artist or fun looking. I think I just work better under the pressure of a deadline. Once I knew the client was coming back into town and was anxious to get the fountain, somehow I was able to get it completed. Do you need a deadline to keep you on task? Or are you able to get the task completed with plenty of time to spare? In any case, it's doubtful that I will do one of these for a long while. However I am pleased at how it turned out and that it does have that whimsical feel about it. Thanks for checking it out
