During a visit to the east coast I ran into a couple YouTube guys that I follow, Scott Turner and Tim Sway. Both have a unique creative style that I find inspirational. While visiting Tim at his shop, I learned that his tshirt was created in his shop with a stencil he cut out of cardboard. I had been thinking about making a few one off t-shirts and just didn't want to go through the process of screen printing for one shirt. So this was a perfect reminder that I can get back to basics and just make a stencil, so that's what I ended up doing. For this one I actually used regular spray paint. I'm sure that a t-shirt specific spray paint exist but I didn't have any on hand. I do still have some water base shirt ink in a box which I might try next time.
