Building a Big A$$ Blue Door

I have made close to 100 doors and shipped all over the United States, the big ass blue door is by far the largest I have built to date. Before I crated it, I hung it on my digital scale and it weighed a whopping 225 lbs! Actually not as heavy as I would have guessed. Adding on the additional 3ft was actually much easier because of where I was in the process of building the door. I'm glad the change was made at the right time. Shipping created a little bit of a challenge in the sense that in order to get it inside a semi trailer I had to keep it under 96". So I built the box 48" wide so I could lay it in at an angle which actually allowed me to cut the height of the box down to 94". In any case I'm super happy that the big ass blue door is in its new home and not taking up space in my shop anymore haha. Thanks for taking the time to watch my video.
