Casting Custom Wedding Rings In Sterling Silver (.925 Silver Metal Casting DIY)

In this video I will be casting custom wedding bands for a friend of mine that is getting married. He asked that I make them out of sterling silver so that's what I did. I started by measuring their fingers and 3D printing the rings using polycast filament. I made a mold of the rings in investment plaster and burned out the filament. I then melted down some scrap .925 sterling silver and poured the molten metal into the mold. I finished by finely sanding and polishing the rings to give them a mirror finish.
