Casting Captain America's Shield From Scrap - Aluminum Metal Casting Technique

In this video I will be casting Captain America's shield from scrap aluminum. I started with a 3D print of the model and made a mold of it in petrobond sand. I then melted down the scrap aluminum and poured the molten metal into the mold. I finished by sanding and painting the shield.
