Casting A WORKING Metal Maze From Scrap Aluminum - Make Your 3D Print In Solid Metal

Today I'll be casting a solid aluminum maze from a 3D print that I modeled in Fusion 360. I started with a design I found and modeled the maze. I added draft to the walls to help it release properly when making the mold in petrobond sand. I then melted down some scrap aluminum that I had from previous projects and poured the molten metal into the mold. I then painted the top of the maze and mounted it onto a piece of wood. I used small beads I had laying around to use for the maze as I didn't have any ball bearings at the time. If you want to make the maze harder, simply add more beads and try and get all of them into the final circle.
