Aluminum Casting A Kubotan | FULL Sand Casting Process From Scrap Metal

Today I'll be melting some scrap aluminum that I previous melted down into ingots and turn them into two Kubotan self-defense weapons. I 3D printed the kubotan's first and made a mold in petrobond sand. I then melted down the aluminum and poured the molten metal into the sand mold.
