And although there is no direct link between the two, some of the symptoms of ADHD can lead to chronic procrastination. Now listen, each and every one of us have trouble getting motivated to get things done sometimes. But for the individuals that have ADHD getting started or following through are pretty much hardwired in their brain. It can happen for a number of reasons but funny enough, not for the ones you might think.
