I’ve pushed my chocolate skills to new heights, literally! This may be the tallest chocolate showpiece I’ve ever done: a gigantic fallen ice cream cone that celebrates the return of summer. Every detail is crafted in chocolate, from the creamy swirl to the colorful sprinkles and crunchy wafer cone. I wanted this pop art-inspired piece to feel playful and nostalgic.
