But there is no sustainability police - let's not loose sleep over trying to do sustainable fashion perfectly, OK? Today I'm sharing ways to relieve the guilt and shop with intention! Also! Here is my recipe! Ingredients: good olive oil salt, pepper, chickpeas can of tomatoes or diced fresh tomatoes pasta (short or small works best - like orecchiette, shells, or macaroni) *Caraway cookware helps too ;) parm if you like but i dont use it with this Instructions: chop your garlic finely and sautee in a pan on medium heat with some olive oil. Add tomatoes, chickpeas, and let simmer. In today's video I had Kale and wanted some green so added it at the end. While this is simmering (let it reduce a bit), throw your pasta into boiling water. Salt the water now! When pasta is aldente, combine! THAT'S IT! SO EASY! Just like sustainable fashion - honestly - it's about progress, not perfection! Thank you for watching!
