I hope you have a wonderful day :) Recipe : Bars 1 cup of salted butter 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter 2 cups of flour 1 1/2 cups of white sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla 4 eggs Icing 1 cup of Icing sugar 1/4 cup of peanut butter 2-3 tablespoons of milk or cream ( I doubled the icing) Directions: Bars Place butter and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt then stir and set aside In mixing bowl add sugars, vanilla and eggs and mix with a hand mixer until combined. Add in Peanut butter and butter mixture and mix until combined Add in flour and mix until combined but do not overmix. Pour into a lined 9x13 baking pan and spread out. Bake on 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool Icing: Mix peanut butter, icing sugar and half of the cream in bowl until combined and add more cream to get the consistency that you like Spread onto cooled squares and let icing set up for about an hour, then cut and enjoy.
