I hope you have a wonderful day :) Recipe: 6 tablespoons of salted butter 1 cup of peanut butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 1/2 cups of icing sugar Directions: Mix together butter and peanut butter in a stand mixer or using a hand mixer until creamy add in salt and vanilla and mix until combined Gradually add in icing sugar and mix until smooth Put peanut butter mixture in the fridge for 30 min Take the mixture out of the fridge and roll into balls and place on a lined cookie sheet I put toothpicks in the top of the ball but you can skip this part Place balls in the freezer for 10-15 min Melt chocolate of your choice Dip peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place on lined cookie sheet Drizzle with chocolate and place a peanut or sprinkles on top Let dry and enjoy *Store in the fridge* (see video )
