This is a recipe that has been in my family for many years and they are delicious :) If you like this video please subscribe, like and hit the notification bell so you know when I will be uploading again. I hope you have a wonderful day :) Recipe: 1 cup of salted butter 1/2 cup of brown sugar (packed) 1 teaspoon of vanilla 3 cups of old fashioned rolled oats 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of semi chocolate chips 3/4 of a cup of peanut butter Directions: Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper In sauce pan melt butter, then add brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla Bring to a low boil or simmer for 2-3 minutes Reduce heat to low and add in the oatmeal, combine and stir constantly for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes so the oats can absorb the liquid. In the meantime melt peanut butter and chocolate in a saucepan on low heat until everything is melted, remove from heat. Put half of the oats mixture in your pan pressing firmly into the bottom. Pour the peanut butter and chocolate mixture in pan and spread out evenly Then lightly add the other half of the oats mixture on top Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and add sprinkles (optional) Let stand in fridge for 3 hours to set and then leave on the counter for a 1/2 hour before cutting. Enjoy! (Watch video for detailed instructions)
