EASY CHOCOLATE COOKIES WITH GANACHE CENTRE

Hello everyone! In todays video I will be showing you how I make my Easy Chocolate Cookies with a Ganache Centre. These cookies are not only delicious but decadent and perfect for any holiday platter, gift or craving. This cookie is the perfect balance of chocolate and is pure indulgence! Recipe : Ingredients Cookies • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour • ½ cup cocoa powder • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp baking powder • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened • ¾ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup white sugar • 2 egg yolks (room temp) • 1 ½ tsp vanilla Ganache (1:1 ratio) • 270 g semi-sweet chocolate chips • 270 g (mL) heavy cream --- Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. Whisk together flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder. 3. Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy. 4. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. 5. Roll into 1-inch balls. Spray a ¼ tsp with oil and press into the center of each cookie. 6. Chill cookies for 10 minutes. 7. Bake 9–11 minutes. 8. When they come out of the oven, press the centers again with the ¼ tsp. Cool 10 minutes. Ganache: 1. Heat cream until hot (just before boiling). 2. Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit 2-3 minutes. 3. Stir until smooth and glossy. Let thicken 1-2 minutes 4. Spoon or pipe into cooled cookies. 5. Optional: Add sprinkles or your favourite toppings while the ganache is still soft. --- Enjoy!
