Success can be measured not by the position one has reached in life but by the obstacles which one has to overcome while trying to succeed. I received a Spotlight award last April 26th as an employee of the month for our school. It was not an easy journey to be a teacher in America. I want to inspire other teachers who are here and even those who are still coming, just do what is right and do your best in what you do.
