Is it LEGAL to FLY a DRONE at NIGHT? Hobbyists and 107 FAA Rules, Daylight Operation Waiver

Are Drone Night flights possible or even legal for Hobbyist or 107 pilots? Are the Mavic Mini, Air 2, Autel, etc. different? Do you NEED a FAA 107.29 DAYLIGHT OPERATION WAIVER? In this video I will go through the requirements for 107 and hobbyists and specifically how to apply for a waiver and what safety rules you should follow even when you’re not required to get a waiver. Only a few people a year receive waivers and I feel privileged to have been approved for the night flights so as always after going through the process I feel obligated to share what I learned with the community. This is not meant to be an absolute “How To” but more of a guided outline on how the process works so you can proceed with your own personality and situational details. This is only my perspective so ALWAYS do your own due diligence! Lastly, take this information in the spirit it is offered, to assist, NOT to be a “Guaranteed Approval” by any stretch. I've purposely not included the exact text I used because 1) the FAA frowns on this and if they sense a "cut and paste" they will likely reject your application, and 2) this is important stuff so my sincere hope is that you learn something useful and become an even safer UAV pilot and positive community representative by doing your own legwork.
