FAA Remote ID Final Ruling for Drones Explained

The FAA REMOTE ID Final Rule makes my drone a paperweight, or does it? What is Required and When is it Happening? What does this mean for Drone, UAV and RC Pilots and How is it being implemented? Finally on 12/28/2020 the rule showed up. I break the New Rules down and compare it against some of the NPRM here and for reference, the final rule establishes a new Part 89 Title 14 in the Code of Regulations. Looking for your comments on issues that have not been thoroughly detailed by the FAA so we can compile a list and get answers.
