In this video I’m sharing a huge milestone for my Philippine sailfin dragons: my largest clutch to date is hatching. I walk you through what it looks like when a big group of babies starts pipping and emerging, what I’m watching for in those first critical moments, and how I handle the hatchlings so I’m not stressing them out or rushing anything that shouldn’t be rushed. If you’re into breeding agamids, this is the kind of real-time hatch day stuff you don’t always get to see. Even though this upload is focused on the hatch, the bigger takeaway is the process and mindset—stay patient, keep things consistent, and let the babies do what they’re built to do.
