I show you how to customize it for any niche by swapping in their name, their company, and your offer: “Hey Nicholas, are you running cold email campaigns for Forum Nordic?” You want the answer to be an obvious “yes” (or “no”), but not so obvious that it fries their brain or feels Google-able. I also show bad examples that kill deals instantly—like asking something stupid obvious—because it signals you didn’t do research and gets you ignored or blocked. Once they reply, my goal is to sell directly in DMs, and if I need more than a couple sentences, I’ll send a 30–45 second voice note instead of writing five paragraphs.
