The stack is simple: the flow starts in Zapier when someone applies on my site (ClickFunnels), then we score the lead with ChatGPT, split them into paths (low priority/international, invalid info, or high priority US-based), and check Stripe so we don’t call buyers. If they’re eligible and we haven’t called in the last 24 hours, n8n triggers Bland.ai to make the call, then logs notes back into Google Sheets (including do-not-call). I also run an hourly automation that keeps cycling through the whole lead list at the right times, so we reach people before they go buy from someone else.
