Most people are messing up LinkedIn DMs, so in this video I show you exactly what I’m doing right now (August 2025) to book calls consistently without getting my account cooked. The first piece is targeting: I don’t waste time building some perfect Sales Navigator search from scratch. I find an influencer in my space, then use Sales Nav’s “connection of” filter to pull their followers (people who already self-identify as interested in the thing I sell). I also filter by country so my outbound stays high-quality Western traffic. Then I break down the two flows that actually convert. “Going out” is a simple opener: “Hey [Name], are you running [X] campaigns for [Company]?” It’s stupid-simple, but it gets replies. “Coming in” is lead magnets: I post a hook + quick description + “comment email,” then use Expandi to message everyone who engaged and send them to a landing page to collect their email before delivering the asset. Finally, I show real conversations where I use short voice notes instead of typing paragraphs, answer the question behind the question, and move people to an application so I’m only taking calls with qualified buyers.
