No Mold Sodium Citrate using lemon powder!

It’s here, make your own sodium citrate without mold, using baking soda and lemon powder. Citric Acid is made from mold, not lemons. Many people are allergic to this mold. Here I show you how to make sodium citrate free of mold. Note: Check back later, I will post here on how much malic acid to use to create a stock solution equal to citric acid concentrations.
