You've Eaten in Hong Kong but Never Like This! | Aiken Chia

Did you catch the NOC joke? hahhaha Back in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and this time we’re doing a full day of eating and exploring — from coffee and café hopping to roast goose, street art, hotpot, and a few unexpected finds along the way. We start the day slow with coffee before heading into PoHo, one of my favourite neighbourhoods to just walk, explore, and stumble onto hidden gems. From there, it’s straight into a Hong Kong classic — roast goose at Ki’s Roasted Goose — crispy skin, rich flavours, and definitely one of the highlights. We take a breather at Stanley Beach for a quieter side of Hong Kong, then jump back into the chaos with a super nostalgic retro Hong Kong-themed hotpot experience. There’s also a random claw machine break, a visit to a very unexpected prison-themed cafe, and a surprisingly solid $100 dim sum at Celestial Court. We wrap things up with a visit to M+ Museum, a quick stop at Hak Dei, and end the night on a high with a stellar dinner at Ladies Street Sik Fan Co.
