The height of the apartment buildings ranges from three stories to seven stories, at the highest point. The project will subdivide the existing 25-acre lot into six different lots. The development will provide outdoor and rooftop amenities to the residents of the apartments and a community center will be developed for the residents of the gated, townhome community. The project will be accessible from existing entryways along La Palma Avenue and Stanton Avenue; the Buena Park Downtown entrance will be expanded as a part of this project.
