The Taygeer travel backpack is the affordable, practical Amazon option I wanted to put through a real test. I like that it opens clamshell-style and has side buckles so you can compress it when it’s not full, plus the back padding felt genuinely comfortable. But packing was more finicky for me because my packing cubes didn’t fit well, so I see it as a great personal item rather than a true one-bag setup.
