I tried Myeongdong Kyoja because I kept seeing it on Instagram and it’s Michelin Guide-listed. The kalguksu surprised me—instead of being spicy like a lot of versions I’ve had, it was lighter and more homey, almost like comforting Chinese-style flavors. It hit the spot after walking around crowded Myeongdong.
