I only reach for a converter like this if I’m bringing something that needs a voltage change (think certain hair styling tools). It includes an adapter on top plus the converter piece and USB ports, so it can cover more situations. For me it’s not my favorite these days because it’s bulkier and most of my devices don’t require conversion.
