Our mission was to put an old school method to the test by back trolling eggs through one of the most iconic stretches of river known for producing quality springers. We spent most of the morning fishing the traditional way, carefully working bait through prime water and seeing if this classic technique could still compete in today’s fishery. As the day progressed, we switched gears and moved to a more modern approach: trolling 360 flashers.
