Possible Flickering Light Fix for my EG4 6500s?

Even after updating to the firmware that's supposed to fix the flickering light problem (79.61) I'm still experiencing flickering. Now to be fair, the firmware update looks to be specifically targeting an issue with flickering lights and PV and I'm experiencing flickering even when the sun goes down. The bulbs that are flickering are Phillips and Sylvania bulbs, so they're not the cheap, no name brands you buy from the hardware store.
