EG4 6500 79.71 Firmware Update - Enable or Disable?

So EG4 released their latest firmware update for the 6500 inverters, 79.71 which gives you the ability to control the ground/neutral bond relay using the menu. The documentation for the update unfortunately is not clear and downright confusing. Let's go through it all together and see if we can make some sense of it all.
