A couple years back I came across an activity that someone posted and I thought I would try it out. Basically you write notes , or anything you want to , maybe poems if you're into that, for a year, and then read them all a year later. You can also put pictures or videos or pictures as well, but you would have to decide how you would want to save them. Honestly this was a great activity to do and you can always switch it up to fit your personal style.
