EASY AT HOME WORKOUT excercises In today's video , I showed you different exercises you can easily do in the comfort of your home. These can be done whenever you don't feel like doing the whole nine yards of going to the gym or going running outside, but you still want to get some type of exercise in. I recently got this resistance band and whew chile , let me you tell you, am mad i didn't get it sooner. It makes the workouts more difficult because more muscle power is required , which is definitely what we want.
