
I picked the TheraBody TheraFace Mask because I wanted to isolate blue light (since I already use red light panels) and because it has really strong light coverage around my mouth—where I’m most acne-prone. It’s not as comfy as flexible masks because it’s hard, and the vibration feature is annoying to me, so I always turn that off. But using it 3–4 times a week has noticeably helped active breakouts heal faster, which makes it worth it for me right now.
