This shampoo is more about general scalp care and light exfoliation (mandelic acid) than it is about delivering the same retention technology as the serum—because it doesn’t. It cleans fine, but for me it’s not as cosmetically elegant as other shampoos I reach for, so I didn’t feel the need to repurchase it.
