Differentiate symptoms and potential pharmacological treatments for men with OAB and OAB plus BPH. 2. Counsel patients on their condition and treatment options available including expected benefits and risks of treatments. 3. Implement pharmacologic OAB treatment strategies in patients with and without BPH based on efficacy, safety, and patient expectations. 4. Integrate patient-centered pharmacological treatment of OAB based on mechanisms of action, side effects, and contraindications. 5. Evaluate and apply emerging evidence of the association of antimuscarinic medications with cognitive decline, including long-term use and use in frail patients with OAB, into clinical decision-making.
