Select appropriate first-line therapies for patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma during initial treatment planning, in accordance with updated NCCN guidelines. 2. Evaluate holistic management approaches, including treatment sequencing, therapy transitions, and long-term follow-up for patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma throughout the course of disease. 3. Implement strategies to recognize, monitor, and mitigate treatment-related adverse events in patients receiving systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma. 4. Integrate shared decision-making tools and communication strategies into clinical practice to ensure alignment of treatment choices with patient values and caregiver input. 5.
