Implement current practice guidelines and explain methods and resources to improve transurethral resection of a bladder tumor (TURBT) skills. 2. Identify the best intravesical agent and duration of therapy for low-, intermediate-, and high-risk NMIBC and what to do during a BCG shortage. 3. Identify methods to treat significant toxicities from various intravesical therapies. 4. Define high-risk scenarios that necessitate cystectomy and options for BCG-unresponsive disease. 5. Identify the scientific rationale for investigating immune oncology agents for BCG-unresponsive disease and become familiar with current clinical trial designs.
