Gun violence is now the leading cause of death for children and youth in the U.S., and the emotional and psychological impacts can extend well beyond direct survivors. To discuss the impact of gun violence amongst youth – and the services and resources that are needed to help – we were joined by the U.S. Department of Justice's Will Bronson and Dean Kilpatrick, director of the National Mass Violence Center, at APHA’s Annual Meeting.
