RESTORING 100 YEAR OLD CRUISER AXE

This week I worked on restoring a crusier axe which was a lot of fun! After cleaning it up, I found the date, 1913, stamped into the head. If this was the date it was made, then there is a good chance that this axe is well over 100 years old! One of the reasons I love restoring these old tools is the ability to handle history and keep it alive.
